Data Driven Wellness: Examining Teacher Practice and Student Wellbeing

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
This session examines the impact of teacher's role on student wellbeing within the classroom. The identified roles that most significantly impact student wellbeing include fostering relationships, academic mentorship and creating positive learning environments. However, student voice is essential in identifying the positive or negative impact the implementation of these roles have on student wellbeing.  We will examine the impact student voice has on these identified roles utilizing a data-driven approach and will share tools and strategies that educators can access to positively impact student well-being in their classroom every day.
