Teachers can see more than 40 students a day. Their souls get weighed down. In addition, recently teachers faced technostress. Online schooling went to the use of Information and Communication Technology. This technostress of being digital with students had an impact on the teachers' well-being. Then there was parent–teacher communication taking place on digital platforms. How is this affecting the teachers' well-being? The session themed "The Educator's Campground" because it will feel like a group of friends sitting by the fire engaging in honest, non-partisan dialogue about education and teacher's self-care, student achievement, parent support, and more. Additionally, we will have breakout rooms activities. Though these conversations may be difficult, they are essential when amplifying the voice of teachers.
