Overcome Perfectionism

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
When asked the interview question “what’s your greatest weakness,” if you said, “I work too hard,” this session is for you. Over-achieving, driven personalities with extremely high standards are more likely to work longer hours, get overwhelmed, and ultimately suffer from teacher burnout. For those willing to change, adopt new systems of efficiency, and work on releasing the underlying emotional causes of perfectionism, the potential benefits of this session are enormous. We will dive into overcoming ego-based mindset, procrastination from fear of failure, and letting go of what activities can be allowed to remain less-than-perfect.
